SPICY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
This lightened-up spicy buffalo chicken dip is a perfect match for our [yellow tail] PURE BRIGHT Pinot Grigio.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup plus 1 tbsp. regular or reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
⅓ cup hot sauce
⅓ cup finely chopped celery
1 cup shredded cooked chicken (such as rotisserie chicken)
1 tbsp. sliced scallions
Blue cheese crumbles, optional
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Place yogurt, cream cheese, ½ cup cheddar cheese, hot sauce and celery in medium bowl; mix until well blended.
Step 2
Gently stir in chicken.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to serving bowl.
Step 4
Top with remaining tablespoon cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle dip with scallions and blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
Step 6
Serve with dippers such as celery, baby carrots and whole grain crackers.
